Suzan Bond is leadership consultant, certified executive coach, facilitator and strategist. She's a former COO for a scaling startup in the developer tools space and has spent more than 15 years in tech. Previous roles include head of project management and head of career development. She's a guest contributor to Fast Company and is the host of Bookmarked, LeadDev's book club.
