Code of Conduct

For a respectful collaboration and a welcoming culture
The enterJS team endeavours to ensure that all participants, regardless of their gender, ethnic origin, religion,
ideology, impairment, age or sexual identity, can participate in the conference without discrimination or harassment.
In the event of harassment or behaviour that crosses a line against participants during the conference, the organisers
will endeavour to ensure that this ceases immediately.
Unwanted behaviour of this kind includes insulting, discriminatory or sexualised use of words and
images in talks, workshops, evening events and when using online media such as Twitter or Facebook.
This also includes unwanted physical contact, annoying picture and sound recordings, stalking as well
as intentionally disruptive behaviour that leads to repeated interruption of parts of the event.
If participants become victims of harassment or similar behaviour or observe them, please
contact the organisation team.
The enterJS team takes all such concerns seriously and decides how to respond appropriately.
In such a case, the team will take care of the harassed person and will decide, within the framework of the house rules, how a repetition can be avoided.
Madeleine Domogalla and Melanie Andrisek are your contact persons.
